NO CHARACTER FOUND!!

    i log in my account using google..first its say character transfered succesfully and ask to restart the app..
    but after i restart it says no character found..it say only character made before december using google id can be restored..something like that.
    im pretty sure i made my account before december..anyone know how to fix??

    You have to know for certain your account was made before December 13th, 2018 along with be transferring on the same platform and have an Asobimo account linked to the account not just Google login.

    im certain i made it before december 2018..but i only log in using google..
    maybe thats the problem? damm this suck..all my item and spin in there
    looks like i have to play my old acc..empty handed..

    You're welcome and make sure to register the account to Asobimo since the Google login is being removed some time this year ^^
