non dex bs tec use

    How much tec are considered good and precise for non dex/str bs?

    Depends on what the bs is for and what type it is. If refining or statting then you need 255 tec, for crafting Staff, Knuckles, Magic Device or Armor you at least need 40 but can put as much as you want however better to have most your points in the stat(s) that highers the gears potential amount. All other gear crafting needs Dex or Str to raise gear potential.
