Not receiving items from hunting for quest

It's been 1 day I am on chapter 1 and in the purification insence I hired down hundreds of beak and roar but not received even single item for quest from them and that box is also not appearing after hunt from which item pops up ( this is only happening for quest hunting ) for other hunting item are receiving and box is poping too . Kindly fix my issue

i had a similar situation yesterday, going to another map, switching the channel/server or restarting the app should fix this.
if not, try again at another time, the RNG uses timestamps to generate seeds.

as for the materials, Fairy Feather is a rarer item in the Ruined Temple, but it's common for all other Roar monsters.
if you are lv30, you can go to Zodtzka Ruins and collect Fairy Feathers from Wind Roar with ease. (but you have to find them first, happy exploring)

 

I think for the duration of the event, they probably lowered drop rates abit. I had a similar situation while farming jagged fang off gob rogas in saham cave.
got around 4 after killing 50 or something eventhough theyre the most commonly dropped mat by them.
if you have around 3k spina, you can buy a stack of fairy feather and resell it.
