Now back, need help with build

Ok, I am back from long hiatus. Before then, Katana user was released and I decided to reset my main character to Katana but I was very busy with my school that I decided to stop playing toram for awhile and now I'm back. I need help/suggestion if my build before was good and what stats would be best with my build because I forgot to change my stats.

A poll above whether I should make a new account (If my build is trash) or continue with this account.

Any suggestion for what stats would be best if my main dmg is hasso+zantei?
and I need someone to check my skills if it's good [pros and cons]

What should I consider to add? and anyone interested to join leveling up from 145-150 (I may be rusty because of long hiatus but I still can fight well)?

 

as a katana users, i think you have all the essential skills for katanas, seeing that you dont use meikyou can i assume you have fullcrit build? if so, youre doing good with your skills. as for stats, you can choose between dex>str or str>dex with 35-50crt or just ignore crit status with fullcrit gears

if you have spare skill points, you may want to save it for later when the devs launched the lv4 skills

ive read a lot build guides until i found my own. taking suggestions and advice is no bad idea
