Oddities in Toram

Do you have an odd habit or ritual in toram? Have you ever noticed someone else doing something a little strange that they considered lucky? I'm interested in seeing what odd things people do around toram!

 

try stomp on boss to get xtal/mats . If you stomp at random player, you might able to steal their luck. As for refining write " please go bald suzukiP" if you refining failed. Thats my habit.

Lewdifying Disney Songs or dropping lewd jokes during battle, before boss runs tend to bring me better stuff :3

While for refining spinning the anvil helps along

 

There are a couple of habits that I have when it comes to refining, but they're not particularly strange. I think at some point in their Toram life time, other blacksmiths have done the same.

- One of them is if i'm refining too fast, I slow down. This is because I feel that it "gives the wheel time to spin", and if I do it too fast, the wheel arrow won't have time to reach the success part or even move from its place of failure, if that makes any sense.
- Change locations. I think we all understand RNG is RNG, but sometimes changing locations especially when refining to S makes us feel luckier.
- Never refining during those blacksmith hammer/orb campaigns. It's pretty easy to believe that Asobimo rigs their RNG during those campaigns in order to increase sales. While not confirmed, I'd say it's also better to play it safe. Besides, not everyone refines daily, so waiting a day or two for the campaigns to end isn't much of a problem anyway.
- Not sure if anyone else also does this, but I also refine mostly during periods where there are very little players in any server. This is usually between 2am - 4am JST. On certain days, past 7am JST. I've had most of my successes during those times, and i've yet to have any big losses either. This is similar to what another forum member said, claiming that your chances of getting an xtal is higher if you're the first to fight any new boss that's released, when the concentration of players is smaller.

I do Spongebob's "Bring it a round town" before farming bosses other than that I haven't seen a crab, snail, monkey, snake and cat.

 

Bad habit: Not doing anything while in game (AKA wasting time)

• Go to Guild Bar and stand on table while crafting equipments te get some slotted ones
• Go to Douce Hamlet while refining

 

Same as Prisma-C for slowing down refine clicking if I fail multiple times in a row thinking when I do it quickly it's causing more rng rolls to happen at the same time and lowering my chance of success, refuse to refine when I know Orb shop refine campaign is going on usually, go to guild bar before switching to my female Vit bs to craft from not wanting several people to randomly see it xD, jokingly act excessively dramatic sometimes when in pt with Hiame like at Eidenliebe Dark or Mardula shortly after it's MQ was added if/when I die :3 and trying to help friends/guildies when they lose stuff ^^

 

after Login i cook first then open orb shop to check out new Avatar (waiting for yukata atm). If i c anything i like and have enough orbs i click open x11 and open chest by kissing screen to start opening the box
