On what basis does Asobimo ban accounts for using bots?

I would like to know, if anyone has any information on this, on what basis Asobimo bans an account for supposedly being a bot.
I would also like to know if Asobimo differentiates between a bot and a macro, i.e. if by leaving the phone one night with a simple macro I would be considered a bot.
If anyone has ever used a macro or made bots in the game I would like to hear about your experience.
I ask because at night I usually leave my computer with Bluestacks farming Nightmare Crystal and I wouldn't want to get my account banned xD.
