After testing for some time i found its quite odd that at lvl 15 i can do 4800(critical) dmg(twin sword) with balance dex and agi than pure dex using a E refine sword (1st hand). So i decided to keep this and after found i could do 10K dmg(critical) with twin sword. My problem is my combo and % loss from dmg because of combo. I can't use phantom slash as my dex isn't pure as i was trying out the jp forum dmg calculation. oddly enough i think they are right. This is my comment so far. I'll add more once i reach 50 to get positive results. Yes i am aiming for 1mp combo at 10k dmg though it must be short
