Welp, 3 hours, I cant even...
Wait a minute, what was she doing during 3 hours glitching?
- Save point jump?
- Switching ch?
- Guild bar jump?
- Relog?
- Switch char?
- Change En to Int?

Well, thats one or more ways to solve that glitching problem that I can possibly think of.
And those above dont even take me 3 hours in doin all.
Patience is a virtue indeed.

 

Thanks for not reporting us yet @Kimesato, I'll try to find out really what is going on. This just happened so I don't have the details. Ask Guild Master for assistance? To hell with that. Why do you think I said the guild was dying? -_- Gonna have to sort this out myself.

Try making a new guild or something, that'll help, bring all the ones that you play well with and make a new family...That's what I did

 

Go for it. If the guild is pretty much dead, why are you still there?

 

Why are you saying thank you for not being reported? Even if you or any other player is reported. They will not just ban or give you penalty, they will first investigate your account for any suspicious act before giving the right penalty level.

Try reporting @Kimesato .(mwuhaha) It's not like they will just ban him just because someone reported him.

 

LOL coz, I have people I like to play with here? It's half dead right now. =.=
8-10 people I catch online regularly, others are online when update comes or they get permission to use their parents phones/devices. (yeah we got kids here)

Get the kids, and the 8-10 people out the guild and make your own, easy solution.

 

I don't need to "butt" in, but dont forget that this Forum arent the official one, and no game master nor dev from the game will be looking here.

 

Only concrete info I can give you is that you can't do anything about it.

 

Seems Penalty level 3 should have preceeded level 4 (not being blatantly stupid, just me stupid) even if a developer glitch was promoted/exploited. GM notification in game also, for that matter. Is this really the 1st penalty you've received?

As to the '2nd player hack' conspiracy. Just no. Running around glitched out for 3 hours and subsequently receiving a penalty is sufficient cause and effect. KISS

It looks like you received your penalty when relogging, which doesn't help determine if this penality was issued by a GM or an auto-security script. Script tends to issue penalities to MANY players if game glitch prompted. MANY players banned in short order gets developer attention in short order.

Again, Is this the 1st penalty you have received?

You can request an appeal at en.toram.jp/contact/ (yay, customer sevice), create a new account (it's not that tedious at this point in the game), or move on to a different game (or real life, I've heard good things).

 

sorry i just woked up and this not really a good thing to read in the morning. I didnt get stuck for 3 hours sorry for the bad english. I only got stuck there for few seconds and just took screenshots then flew off to sofya.

 

edit* also i already filed a customer support ticket last night already.
