Kinda wish that pets recover fast. Imagine that, you can mold a god within 3 weeks of full pet grind. Stray pets is solid OP in stats, fuse them and you create something beyond perfection

 

Weird....I noticed something when leveling a pet....
They seem to get less exp if the level diff between the pet and killed mob is to high...

So maybe using a lower level char and fighting lower level mobs might make them level faster...

I could be wrong though...

 

OK...semi confirmed...if the level difference between pet and mob is too high...the pet receives a exp penalty...

 

Best result i have is my lvl 51\56 pink raffy grinding at king potum. Problem is that they all tire out easy . Stamina recovery sucks

 

It has been said that 30 levels is the allowable gap.

 

How long is pet stamina recovery i ran out of pets to throw at king potum. I would have chosen big mask but since i dont have pet mp recov yet it sucks. Plus hp content does not seem an issue since of all the minibosses i faced so far, king potum is the best bean to grind

 

Hey Sis Crui, as far as pets go how would u suggest finding a 2h pet for dps? @.@

 

Best luck is for a 2h-phy attack-agile it got fast attack high damage and dodge some aoe

Idk how long it takes for pet to naturally recover its stamina. Perhaps 8hrs? Same rate it loses stamina maybe. If its the perfect time to level up your pet aka it has +50% Exp bonus then just use Life Potion to fully recover its stamina instantly. That handsome pet bonus is hard to come by XD

(Pardon my intrusion) For a 2H pet i would choose 2H / P.Atk / Justice or Sly. If youre simply looking for a physical based dps pet, i would pick Bow/BG over 2H for distance/quicker to avoid aoe. 2H fights up close, it would take a few more seconds to run away and step out of the monster aoe skill range. I personally prefer Bow or BG / Accurate / Timid.

Ok i can confirm this theory. Mine just reached 300INT :3

 

First agile is pet nature. Oddly enuf it supposed not to dodge any aoe, but based on my grind time with my 2h\phy attack\agile 52\56 pink hanami raffy pet; it dodge aoe but not targeted aoe skill(as observed on tortuga and big mask) plus it cast a special buff that speed up my cast time (as in arrow insta cast and the rest is normal, it may occur mid combo so other skills sometimes became insta cast) any of you guys observed that on your pet or is it because its a hanami pet. I wanna know if that special buff or any other special buff is casted by pets of diffrent pet nature.

Edit: the instacast maybe just a bug since its a bit random on my experience

 

Do you remember your pet's bonus the time you experienced such peculiarities? Was it nature bonus?

When you experience the buff again, check whether your pet has nature bonus on. Right now we can only assume that nature bonus improves the functionality of pets natures but we do not know how exactly. Your pet has agile nature and you said you got cspd buff randomly. There might be a chance that its an effect of nature bonus. Like maybe nature bonus lets pets pass their nature characteristics to their human in the form of buffs. Just maybe. I think it would be cool if thats how it works

 

I think its just a glitch, it kinda happens during when the target displays some resistance to magic. Animation get cut off but the actual cast time does not, i observed this while capping my pinkychu (its on retirement and indefinite hibernation, on to next one)
