Someone build DW+Impac? I need help because it takes a lot of skill points

Found this thread! @equites can you help me test other DW skill with flash blast? is other DW skill buffed by flash blast and categorized as unsheathe? thanks so much! I have no char slot to test it now

 

Havent tested lots of skill. Regarding spinning slash, it is not an unsheathed attack, i tried using flash blast and godspeed, no significant damage increase, unlike charging slash which get a nice damage boost.

Another thing to note, spinning slash will always be wind elemental, so its not a good skill, if what your aiming is damage (you will miss 20% elemental bonus damage against enemy other than water).

astute, hardhit/spin, twin, charging, all cons, or add shadow step as finisher cons.

p.s. :
- phantom is overrated, hate me.
- utilizing spinning slash as combo bridge makes ur character stop auto-approaching the target, prolly due to knockback fx.
- putting shadowstep as finisher after charging slash can also be used as combo stopper, as u can delay ur shadowstep by moving (not pressing n.atk button) n wait for better moment tp shadowstep for free.

A few problems with these combos:
- First one takes a while to finish, and you aren't getting most of the possible damage with it. It's not even great as a spam combo because you either take too long or you have to reposition yourself (depending on whether you use SStep or not)
- Second one is also long, but the real problem here is that you're using 2 Saves because the damage reduction stacks. Your Twin Slash is going to do 80% less damage because of that.

 

Well if you see my build, I don't use Twin Slash Line at all either...
But if you do double safe and double smith.. the second smith will di a chip damage @@"
