For the full story, I play on mobile then the update where I cant play again happen cause my phone use 32bit system. After toram come to steam i try to log in and get error 10001 from the web for log in. I try to reset the password and same thing happen. I create new account using the same email and success somehow, now i try to log in using the new account and password only get code error 012 without filling my email and password cause the web not opened.
