Please update app when there is no update *solved*

Ok, so a friend of mine was logging into Toram earlier and he couldn't get on because it told him to update his game. So, he went to his app store just to find his game is up to date. So he uninstalled and reinstalled just for the same thing to happen again. He told me so I logged onto the game to have the same issue arise. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

I would upload the screenshot I have but I'm new to the forums and don't know how, if someone could explain how, then I will upload it so others can see what I'm talking about.

*Update* I shut my tablet off and turned it back on and then google play was able to access the update

 

Screenshot it then go to edit>More options>add source>Documents>click picture click cancel on right way for it to appear on bottom click full image.

 

Where is add source, I can't seem to find it. Sorry, like I said, I'm new so I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to uploading pictures. And I already have the screenshot, I just don't know how to upload it.

 

I tried restarting but that didn't seem to do anything, the same thing popped up so I went to google play and there was still no update. I'm gunna try shutting it off and turning it back on and see if that will work. :/

*Update* Turning it off then back on worked. You telling me to restart lead to the solution for me so thank you very very much, I'll let my friend who is having the same problem know how to solve it. Thank you so much for your help ^_^

 

Thanks for the advice but what Karin suggested lead to my fix. Instead of restarting like she suggested, I turned my tablet off and then back on and the update was available. But thank you for the suggestion anyway ^_^
