nah venena price stays the same,felien xtal is inferior when comparing the two.

 

I literally have ditched SC DS completely ever since they nerfed it once more. It's just too slow. I feel like my 1H builds are far more reliable and faster. I even plan to reset my DS to use 1H skills as main DPS (STR>DEX Dual).

I main 1H+Dagger here. Pretty underrated, but it's good

 

I saw a video uploaded on youtube literally yesterday of someone running a BG and Dagger setup that was doing pretty good. Not that you are wrong, but it is still used. Not that it is best in slot or anything, but I haven't seen any MD or knux builds anywhere in quite a while. :/

 

it's not entirely the class or weapon fault for being weak,you can only blame the players for being plebs.

 

As long as everyone is having fun it doesn't matter how pleb someone is, this is a game after all c:

I mean, it could just be that people get tired of having to work harder to get similar or lesser value than other weapons. But yeah, plebs, sure.

BG/Dagger, is good it's just...annoying to get value of compared to being a regular BG. Getting elemental BG's when I could just be lazy and use easily made arrows just doesn't feel good. Least to me anyway. Even if every Dagger/Assassin animation looks extra cool on Bowguns. >_>.

 

Yeah, I used to use a 1hs and dagger build. That was extra fun. Dagger is super cool, would be nice if it was buffed just a bit though

 

Proto Clarity Rose is the 1h sword that drops from Felien during the previous Road of Megiston event, it has very OP stats namely 70% physical pierce and 140% critical rate(+35 flat crit rate if no stats are allocated to crit personal stat), when it was just first released dual wielders became the best dps overnight combined with shining cross before it was nerfed, especially at high defense bosses that needs physical pierce to deal damage. My 1h semi-dps tank also uses it with very good results. In addition to the good stats it also has a unique appearance that's high in demand http://coryn.club/item.php?name=proto, the app alone costed around 10m spina in the months after the event ended.

 

astute is crap cuz it ruins proration. SC is still the strongest way to play DW on a stationary boss now. Being able to church out 500-700k damage every 3 seconds using impact > SC is still very serious DPS. It just wasn't as insane as it used to be.

The part of the nerf that hurt the most is probably the -mp gain as well as the motion speed, but it's still bearable if you have high enough ASPD to give yourself more motion speed.


Also about dagger. 3 words:

Add +35 crit to base crit which is 25 and it will be 60 crit total which is already insane from the weapon alone. It's a very good weapon for semi dps tank and DW.

I'd rather use Proto than buy a 1h then stat it, which will get outdated.

Well, now every bots in toram might focus on megiston. Well, the proto app will be affordable for mediocre player like me >_<
Proto still better than anniv in term of base attack. The only lack from proto is just the stability.
Tbh, all people including bots will after the proto. Nobody will farm usasama, goldoon and halloween event if they mix everything in this month. The gem runs price might skyrocket too

Guess it’s time to break out the gems to get my sword back. I’m still hot I didn’t it back from the roll back but at least my gems came back so I can try again.

 

At Last sold my proto apps with -120% profit oof it hurts ,wish i had sold the apps sooner (crying)

If +20 stats or lv4 smith comes out, people will change weapons to ones with better stats (despite only 1 difference). So yeah, it's always the trend of statted items.

 

inb4 i remembered there were some tests to compare the PCR (285) and lil empress sword (250) dmg output on bosses.

Lil empress > PCR dmg already at some low tier defense situations,while the PCR > Lil empress by about 20% - 30% dmg at higher defense bosses.

tested with 100% stability for both,saying that while the PCR is useful,it does not exceeds in every place,it can deal with about 60% ~ 70% of total boss back then maybe,but 4th anniversary IX might be better or equal to it now due to it's high atk/stab stat.

why does people fan-geay this sword so much,it's not even that good,it doesn't give you invincible,it just enables you to be able to do more than 1 dmg on high defense,your dmg is (most of the time) still sh!t around 2000 ~ 20000 tops against a fully loaded 4900000 hp boss. (this is before the nerf btw)
