Purchase Problem

    I just recently purchased 1 orb in Toram but I did not receive any orbs nor confirmation that I purchased any, when I first tried to purchase it said "Error please check your wifi network" then I tried again but It said don't have enough balance, I was shocked and check my balance to see whether it was true and it consumumed my 50 php (philippine peso) which I loaded. Then I tried to use the Confirm Purchase function but it said that I have confirmed my purchased but I did not receive any orbs, then I tried to check my google purchase history and it was confirmed there that I purchased 1 orb then I checked again my account yet I still didn't recieve any amouts of orbs. I also tried to check whether if I received a confirmation of my purchase in my Email and Messages it usualy sends a confirmation after the purchase though I did not receive any. I feel scammed although it only a small amount but it still counts.... what should I do? should I contact Asobimo? where should I contact them? It took my money but I did not receive any orbs.
