Q: Refine Skill on BS LUK

So as we know alrd, BS Luk is used to refine from +B until +S. Is it necessary to fill all the refine skills to lv10 or does it need only lv1 of first refine skill?

It really doesn't make a difference but i'm one of those superstitious few that like to think maxing them on the luk character somehow magically makes a difference ;3
