Quetion about gear and such

Im currently lv 123, im just wanting to know what gear i should be trying for when im max lv.

I would like info on every thing like, with sword what crystal ect. Im not needing to be the best, i will just need to be good enough to help others kill bosses ect and deal decent damage.

Currantly have:
Tyrant mask +2
Motz armour
Sinergratis
Speed talisman IV

Nothing has slots so I do not have crystals, though I do not mind if sugested crystal take awhile to get, thank you kindly for the help.
