    if you have completed all your Emblems from my guide [link], i congratulate you ;), now, time to boost your damage further :D

    once you are done setting up your gears, check this guide to improve your combo: [link]

    Version: January 6, 2016

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    vs Elemental add +25% damage to your attacks
    ElementChart.jpg
    Fire strong vs Earth
    Earth strong vs Wind
    Wind strong vs Water
    Water strong vs Fire
    Light strong vs Dark
    Dark strong vs Light
    • it can be present on weapons that are dropped from mobs
    • you can add elements from your weapons during craft (you will need proper use of potential), check @Lucifere's thread: [link]
    • also, there was a thread relating to Elemental Weapon vs Stat boosts (elements gain higher benefit for now) from @TheNhui's thread: [link]
    • Elements also exists on Skills (their Skill Element never changes regardless of weapon element), @ViPR started a thread relating to this: [link]
    • Mage's Skills are also influenced by main weapon Element, so if you Equip a Minotaur Staff, all your skills will be Fire based, and if Crystal Wings, Light based. Same with Archer's Arrow Rain and Brawler's Earth Bind and Sonic Wave (there might be other skills, those are the only skills i encountered with that effect at the moment).
    • there is no mentioned penalty if you use the same element against the target's element, there's no Armor Element at current cap (Lv.75)
    • furthermore, sub equipment elements can affect your attack. in case of Archers, equip Elemental Arrows to change attack element, and if you use Knuckles as main and Magic Device as sub (going magical brawler path, 1 int = 3 matk) you can change your magical attack elements depending on the Magic Device element as sub weapon. In case of Dual Swords, only their main weapon determines Element Attack.
    • poison (damage tick per auto attack) is an ailment damage, together with burn (constant damage per second) & bleed (same with burn but can't use physical skills).
    • lastly, there is a Neutral Element (example: Boss Roga Lv.62), which you will need Neutral Damage +% (Chicken Sword from Christmas event +10% damage), or Neutral Resistance +% (Cake Shield from Christmas event +5% resistance)
    I though
    1. Neutral element is indeed non element boss, so this mob doesn't have advantage or disadvantage from element thingy.
    2. Neutral damage is not element at all, it's normal attack specialty boost (kind a must for DW), not physical skill boost or magic skill boost.
    *Remember this game have 3 type of attack.
    3. Neutral resistance is add for your normal attack resistance. Something like if you often got hit by normal attack, the damage drop off % will be more significant
    *Remember mob have his own resistance,
    *for ex. Flare Volg - 1% N | 25% P | 50% M,
    He have very low normal attack resistant which make the F.volg is the mob that we really don't even get normal attack damage drop (or increase tho).
    Conclusion:
    Neutral element does not related with other two stats.
    yes, i called it that but did not referred to as any kind of element on my context, and did not mentioned any advantage or disadvantage.
    N refers to normal attack and not neutral. (N = Normal Attack, P = Physical (Skills), M = Magical)
    In this case
    Neutral = Normal Attack
    That is I currently believed.
    For ex.
    Mistletoe Talisman, Pova Drop: Neutral Resistance +2%, Physical Resistance +4%, Magic Resistance +4%, MaxHP +6%
    That Talisman increase our N | P | M resistance.
    I hope :D
    Ashobimo often give us unclear English word, seems they didn't have good translator for non-japanese player.
    That's make me realize player should need to think twice to all the description in-game said.
    You miss these text on the tread?
    damage source: http://www2.hp-ez.com/hp/mobilephoenix/page53#属性
    no mention of calculation, i will assume that it is added to your base attack, because i had a run with Ganglef and my tap damage increased alot after my brawler wore Minotaur Knuckles.
    as far as i know, base attack is the one we calculate (after refinement, critical, drop off, skill passives and elemental has been added) to the actual skill,
    example, Snipe: http://www2.hp-ez.com/hp/mobilephoenix/page77/9
    Lv1:(白ダメ+220)×3.50.
    however, i'm not certain where is the +250% damage when using xbow is added to the actual skill damage.
    also, another problem is stability together with xtal effects, no mention as well, if its applied to the final calculation
    Question:
    Does Physical pierce % something to do or deal with neutral bosses?
    as far as i know, physical pierce % ignores a portion of physical resistance (because skills can be categorized as physical or magical type, so there can be magical and physical resistances too, and elements serve as multiplier of damage depending on the target's element or lack of), it's a different mechanic from Neutral or Elemental Bosses.
    unfortunately, we don't have official data together with calculation of damage as to where pierce will be placed in the equation.
