Ranger Class Build

Normal attack is indeed include it.
But spamming skill is the best way to get the breaker rank.
More skill you cast, more point you get.
Just my experience though. so cmiiw.

And I think the game is broken. The breaker rank should be for the most member who did tap damage while on break scene.

 

I reset my power shot skills and bought the survival skills and battle skills, fixed my build up to match the skill based ranger more(since I messed up the first time). I pretty much didn't bother leveling up the skills I didn't use anyways and voila now I'm even more powerful and I have 1560 HP instead of the 560 I used to have lol

Just a question but do you know what the "Smash" skill actually does? The description makes no sense as it's saying you won't deal higher damage on hits

 

What xtal suit for crit type ranger? Please also put the details of the xtal. Thanks

 

@♥Willow Smash is a skill that generates additional damage to your attack, sadly it doesnt proc that much unless you go for a low stability build = a spike gunner. Its still good when it procs thought.

@Cosine° crit xtals would be Boss Gob, Warmonger, but id suggest 3o crit + crit gear. Try this.

About breaker i still confused about it . But it is making sense if the most hitter is the breaker though dw almost be a breaker (Without any skill). And about the build, i prefer choose the agility-crit than str-vit. please reply if im wrong

Also str does affect atk too. Please explain since Im interested to build the new hunter

Hi Lemon STR increases C.Dmg % and Stability for bowguns, these are hidden stats.
Its Stability +1% per 20 points in STR, can't remember how much STR points for C.Dmg +1%.
I believe @NineArts has the numbers.

Nice because high stability means no time wasted on auto-attacks prior to sniping, this can increase the overall dps significantly. Also, I thought CRT would only increase the actual rate but recently read that it also raises C.Dmg. So for the moment I'll continue with full DEX until its maxed as it is a growth guarantee, while waiting to see the CR and C. damage tables by @Mugami to decide which would be the best secondary stat, if STR or CRT.
