So imI horribly confused and the reason we were both pissed is cuz I followed his recipe and it didn't turn out right, his recipe is supposed to be fine but i got a different result

 

You failed the formula tho so you clearly did not follow it exactly as the screenshot showed. What the screenshot showed was what I wrote in my post, which is a 100% formula. I am not accusing you of scamming him but at least admit you messed up the formula

Somehow youre trying to play the victim here and push the blame on me:

1. my formula is perfectly fine, and is the same in the mail.

2. I gave you multiple chances to back out if you were uncomfortable statting it. but you retorted, in your own words 'im not a nub statter'

3. In no way were you doing me a favor. i asked if you do stat service for spina and you answered my call.

bottom line: you took the job and failed.

Now a thought experiment. What if you find a +S, High base, 2 slots for absurdly cheap in CB. Does your moral still apply?

 

Well i would buy that but it would be useless to me since my statter isnt capped. Also I highly doubt that would happen, and if it did then i probably still wouldnt be able to afford it right now. And it would still be a waste of money if you failed at statting it.
But if there was a good stat on a weapon i wanted with low refine then it would be easy to refine up to C. Once i can get enough money to get +S then I can 2slot.

New moral: You can only stat(a good one) once

 

I mean, technically you can only stat a weapon once good or bad. And obviously it's possible to fail a 100% formula, seeing as how we have exhibit A right here.

But I guess this is where our differences are. Seems like you're a do everything yourself kind of person. I much prefer to hire other services so i dont have to create characters just to craft.

I'd buy that weapon and resell it much higher, and use the spina for something else other than 2s weapons.

Seriously though, I wonder why a lot of people in Toram likes to buy 2s weapons. After a few months, the stats and base atk will get outdated, and you'd lose a lot of the spina you spent on the weapons. Which is exactly why I don't use 2s weapons. But eh, that's just my opinion.. And everyone has their own opinions/mindsets.

 

What the.....really?? First time i've heard of this...does that mean using hyper and high purity ori can guarantee 100% success refine without failing? Even from +A to +S??
