ranting>> why "some" dps are only good at killing but cannot do anything else?

-Guardian is a good support skill. It reduces the damage taken by 40%+.
-tanks should have a tanking mindset that quite differs from your average dps class, if they're competent enough that is.
-aggro switch can change the pattern of the battle due to specific aoes pattern
-tanks has the most leeway in mp usage, it's a good thing to put a bunch of support skills in your tank
-proration manager

I do agree that some battles doesn't require tanks as a necessity but it never hurt to have one, really.
Especially those that understood what's best for your party

 

Tbh I don't see much point of this roles conversation. Just gonna put like 2 tanks in the game and then the tank competitive just gonna race as much as 3 DPS. I don't really mind if player don't like to "cooperate", just gonna let them keep going until they realise it is not benefit them. Also why everyone want photo drop in this event when the paper requires 5 times as much? My ratio photo : paper is now like 2:1... Visible confusion

 

With or without a tank is actually back to how your pt communicate (what to do/not, timing, and else). With a tank, you can lure them to the right spot easier because tank is the one with the highest aggro, so there's a lower chance to miscoordinate like when you have full dps and aggro keep changing.

 

Got this type of party last night. No one cares about the cones. No one cares about part-breaking. I keep moving near Hina when the blue aoe appear to start tapping while holding my cf charge. But before the part broke, the battle is over. And I can't shot any cf. Not even once.

actually it is wrose not to have a tank. Or to be specific , dont have someone to hold aggro... I change to my 2h dps and no tank in my party or ally. It is actually quite wrost coz hime kept chnaging her target and...obviously those mage die first.
it is harder to lure her to the blue aoe as well. I ended up has to change to a tank cha after just to make sure hime only follow one person.

 

I felt your pain. My 2h only hit her a few time while I try to tap like crazy but oh then she die without FB. Ahhh my life.

I then realize later as well that I need more note than paper!! I should have check at BS first. LOL
I dont mind to have 2 tanks in the team or 2 dps 1 tank 1 sup or whatever as long as we got the job done properly.
For example , 2 tanks at Vene Ulti is actaully beneficial coz one can pull aggo and another one go down to retrive dead players , stunt the pillar. Unless they both up there and trying to fight for aggro then I would feel annoy. I am all about team work. If they have 3 dps player then 1 can be high atk and spam another one can porate and get a breaker rank etc. I usually try to fit in a certain role in a team to make the most out of each round.

 

This is why this game needs preset quick chat not the useless emote.

 

Just add the "?" ping to Toram like League of Legends so I can spam "?" right on their corpse when they die from stubborness. No more swearing/ranting or long-text flaming to them. Simple!

Also maybe I'm not so smart but I think it's quite helpful if someone in party says "done" or something when fb (unless there's some other signal?).
I play as mage, but I still tried to break in the beginning (heh, broke on Yashiro's Dad even tho I never targeted him)... I missed 2-3 finale chances trying to break, but after people started just fk-ing Hina before she got a single break, I gave up and went full-on finale on Hina... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
idk, adjust to the pt or leave and find a new one I guess.

 

You need to kill cones in order to kill dad, cause all hit to dad will be 1. But if kill cones too fast then you cannot break dad.

So if you want full photo drop: break dad, kill few cones, kill dad, lure Hina to dog then break, kill Hina.
If you don't want Hina break but still want drop for photo (higher chance on nightmare run): break dad, kill cones, kill dad, then kill Hina

One of the cone contain the dad'soul. So after you break the dad (2 breaks) , DPS should kill the cone as fast as they can. We do not know which cone contain dad soul but you will see the green spirit come out once the cone is destroy then the dad will die.

So would recomend peopel to watch youtube chanel ... a lot of youtuber has been putting up trick how to do Hime raid successfully.

I usually go on youtube after a day that the event is realease. There are a lot of trick that people discover.

Photo just need 1 break no fb needed, kill dad holding long time action, after menu opened tap cone under hina name, its always the cone that kill dad.
