The person that was being accused has full right to defend himself and all others including the accuser have to clearly listen to him. Same the other way around. Please make this mess respectable and don't act like kids. Oh and currently I'm lying a little more to Lucifer's side because a scammer wouldn't log out that way and his net might have been so bad those 5 mins or he may have talked with his parents etc. those 5 mins so it's totally reasonable that he didn't send message as soon as the problem made him log out for so long.

 

i farmed with him once and talked a bit with him.........he was nothing like a scammer...................

 

This forum has gotten so unfair. Me, as a player who just wanted a stat service, actually avail one in one of our trusted fellow toram player, give him my full trust, actually disappoints me, cursed at me on a way saying I'll go to hell together with him, actually loses valuable item, waited almost 1 month believing that he will cooperate in a right and proper way without even say something that makes him look like his dominant. I stayed calm and serene for almost a month. I'm actually sad. My armor? Its all yours. Do not pay me. Regain your respect. Go on. This thread is an evidence of veteran people being unfair to new players. I'm so disappointed. Actually, I expect this thread being removed. Not being closed. Go on. Remove this thread and remove me for defending myself against one of your fellow trusted friend. Go on.

 

Well to put it my opinion on this topic , he is indeed in the "temporary" state of being a scammer.
Firstly, he as a statter failed in statting an arm that has 'sufficient' pot.
Second, failed to replace the arm ,or at least exchange something that has a value simillar to it.
Third , is the pending time for him to return/replace the assets of the victim , depending on their agreement on how long will it take, but during these period , the accused is most likely labeled as a scammer due to the strong evidence the victim has presented , so until the accused had managed to clear his name, he will be 'temporarily' labeled as a scammer.

@kariin should put his name on "potential" scammers "temporarily" until he manages to clear his name.

Well isn't that unfair. Be reasonable I understand your viewpoint and this thread won't be unfairly closed. The other party is also human and isn't doesn't matter how he have acted up until now he still should have a chance to defend himself. What was it that made you create this thread? Was it to rage out at him not giving him much chance to defend? Was it to tell people that he is a scammer when if you think about the whole thing could as well be a mistake? Or was it as it should be, to warn people about him(it is ok with that in a way) as well as giving him a chance to defend himself?

And as for you @Lucifere , replace/pay the arm and you clear your name, BUT your credibility regarding your skill as a statter would still be in question after this.

Since when scammers do want to repay damage.First of all to be scammer i must get a benefit and as far as i know i didnt. Second if im scammer why i have his armor i could use it for me,putting crystal and OP stats or sell it (P.D:I dont collect armors) and last which scammer give stuff back plus pay (P.D:Still waiting to give it back)

Scamming doesn't simply pertain to "money" , it could be any sort of goods. Or ratherwould you prefer the term "suspect"? It doesnt matter either ways , it doesn't matter if you made a mistake or it was an accident or whatever it is , in the eyes of law the damage is still done , and you still havent paid the price for it , which makes you in a temporary state of "scammer" or "criminal" or whatever degrading term you want. Until you pay the price for your deeds, you'll be branded as it is.
