Reconnecting to the server

    Has anyone here experience this? Even though I have strong internet connection. Every 20 to 30 seconds I will get "Reconnecting to the server" message. It has messed me up too many time to the point the game is unplayable. I've reported this issue to Online support but their only response is I should contact my ISP which I did and I upgraded my internet service as well but still have the same problem. I am from the Philippines and would want to know if people are experiencing this.

    Yes, we experience the same problem. Me & my other guildmates that are from PH. Two of us change ISP because of this connection problem. I recommend buying a smart sim becoz it works as usual.

    Bruh, PH ISPs suck so hard I wish it was a woman. Jokes aside... well, it's just the truth. PH ISPs suck.

    Run a speedtest.
    Change channel.
    Check if there are many devices connected to your network.
    Restart your modem.
    If problems still persists, insult your ISP.:D

    All ready did.. multiple times.. with how much I call customer service I must be in a list for them now :eek:

    What VPN though? Got any recommendations? Last time i checked something like that toram blocks vpns

    Sketchy free VPNs in the playstore, get JAP I.P, then play. Confirm location change sent to your email. Play

    worked for me tho, after Globe Telecom's September service maintenance, the varying times of disconnections appeared. Since then I've been using VPN instead of switching to other networks.
