Red Steel Tonfa VS Toygun

Some player say this new knuckle is suck.....but I think I’d quiet good especially use with annihilator

below is the comparison between this 2 knuckle.

both weapon have same refine (+S) and same crystal, and the ATK is added with food buff(+72), level10 annihilator and level 10 Brave Aura, didn’t include power candy yet.

just run a simple test damage on Alto with power candy, the different between this 2 weapon is red steel about 100k-120k higher than toy gun,

Due to I’m a AGI-build as picture shows + this character is parts BS without Battle Skill and is a Knuc-MD build.

so if the build go with AGi>STR, I’m afraid 150% chariot can reach over 1m damage with this red steel.

I will try more on other boss with this weapon.

 

This is an interesting comparison. However what about a high def boss. This is where toy gun shines. What are the differences in damage in that scenario? I have neither but for me the pierce of toy gun is what makes it desirable for many players

 

Im one of the peeps that's fancy this red steel tonfa, I mean, that THICC base watk, refined to B or above, then slap urself the annihilator....

Edited, I was theorically comparing R.S.Tonfa with Player-statted and M.Tonfa.

 

I try on lalvada and iconos ultimate, but due to graze , the damage dealt keep changing every time I test run with same weapon.
Currently I have +22 stability , with 70 base stability and annihilator reduce -10 stability, it’s left 82 stability.
Graze reduce half so the damage will between 41%-100%.

any suggested for high def low flee boss or other testing method?

Test on def is because I don’t have +s player craft knuck, only +B, so if compare to +s weapon like not so accurate.

 

yeah zahhak machina is neutral so I guess you would get 25% extra damage. But who knows, cause I die there all the time without pierce, so for damage, if its bigger than 100 on basic, that's already better than mine

Toy gun will be better in boss where the enemie DEF is 2K+.

 

I really like these new knuckles but the low stab and lack of stats make it seem really iffy to me. A lot of the gear would have to revolve aroumd covering up for the stab drawback, and wont allow for you to do your best against high def enemies (but tbh thats kind of every new mainstream knuck except for toy guns).
Regardless I do think these knuckles have a lot of potential theoretically, but I wonder how viable they are compared to Quasar Arms, have u considered testing Quasars?

 

Can’t get a good party to farm quasar.

Regarding the RST, take Ifrid Ultimate as example, RST > ACPiton > Toy Gun. High Def boss like lalvada, Toy Gun is slightly higher than RST, guess if def=2000, RST will almost same with TG, but when Def Is below 2000 RST will become better as I try on alto RST is about 100-200K damage different.

unfortunately when using my +B ElePiton on amoeba, the damage is 100-200K higher than RST+S.

Quasar Base is almost same like Piton ( -5 ), if compare to ACPiton, the damage most likely lower than ACPiton, but it’s will become better when we can have ACQuasar because of the 90% stability. (Just more stable damage, not higher).

Now my RST is use on low level boss farming and Farm the Steel/Casket Box material, with 1MP slide>Bw>Chariot>Finale, 1 hit kill of without guard or evasion, is good when party with mage while they lure the mob in group.

 

Proration also seems to effect your damage. Do 3 auto attacks in between every chariot

 

It was same proration for both tests, you can just take first hit as reference

 

I did zero proration damage test.

 

We need a 100% physical pierce op skill for crusher, just like drag tooth n satellite shot.

 

can i ask what is a normal goliath damage compare to some random YouTubers slap Altoblepas ?

 

I more prefer they give us a skill that can have 100% accuracy which ignore evasion and guard, or reduce magic or physical resistant.

Whenever I see knucks I always think of bludgeon damage. I don't see how bludgeon attack be counted as pierce attack

Unfortunate in real life, weapon like bludgeon or hammer is the types of weapon good against armor.

Now, now, Toram aint exactly real life. Also, your skill demand is too much, its like enchant sword with 100%pierce and anticipate, thats too broken..

 

He compare with real world weapon, I did the same, what is the problem? Broken or not is depend on how you think only, other people may not feel the same.
