You're pretty lucky, that's alot of S+ attempt without a single degrade.

 

I have tried Luck to refine items and it's either I have terrible luck in game or Tech just works better for me I got my sword from +0 to +E without any antidegs and I will never use magic hammer or any other hammers in game as I had a sword 109+C used a hammer and it failed and sword was gone goodbye hammers so my question is it just me and my bad Luck in the game or what is going on that I can't use luck to refine or other stuff rant latter

 

Tec is better for 0-C and you should never use Luk for any of those refine levels. People use Luk for B-S but it's dependant on your actual Luck not the Luk stat for how long it takes.

P.s you can use Tec for B refine as well but Luk is preferred for A&S refine

 

Do i need my BS to be 255 Tech to reach +B to even +S mine is just lvl 93 full tech...

 

+B is possible with full Tec but +A and +S is recommended you use another refiner that is full Luk

 

Is it possible even if your not cap to 255 tech? To refine up to +B bec. Mine is still lvl 93 240+tech

 

Yes as long as your Tec is above 200 you have higher success rate than the NPCs do. Most people just prefer 255 Tec ^^

Ever since @Arewzo's attempt on recording his refine attempt of Intruder from A-S+. I also done a little experimenting on my own, but too bad I haven't recorded it. So I tested trying A-S+ without anti-degradation. (Somehow it is similar to its counterpart)

Luckily, there's no degradation that occurred. Maybe it's a lucky day? Cheers to my guild mate who've lend me his weapon to refine S+ for this test (Absolutely free)

In conclusion, I think there's not much difference and it also depends on your in real life luck on whether it will degrade or not. Also take note, there's around 41 damascus ore when this attempt was made. Success occurred when my dama is around 19 left. That's around 22 attempt.

Theres a lot of ways or trick how to +S a weapon not only by BS luk. butttt i think its better not to tell to everyone cuz some players gets butthurt specially when Me and Zo Reveals dis BS LUK thing
