Regarding alchemy skills

I wanna know is it neccessary to take all the alchemy skills, when my goal is actually just to synthesist equipment?

 

you need synthesize equipment lv10.
the follow-up skills are not necessary for 2-lock when you have TEC.
haven't obtained 3-lock yet, so i don't know it's success rate.
if you don't have TEC, you will need the skill after equipment synthesis too, or the success rate for multiple locks will drop below 100%.

The upper and mid skills I mean

 

no. the upper branch increases the profiency limit, the middle branch is for item synthesis.

 

Just need the first bottle in top tree for 3 lock and first Item Synth for crafting the 2 after it just increase crafting success rate but have no affect on prof gain. Basically taking all 3 Item Synth skills is just to increase amount you can sell for profit

 

So I do need atleast one if that skill those upper and mid skill to open some locks o.o

 

Yep, top row decides how high your prof can get and how many locks you can do while mid row just decides how much items you successfully craft.

 

Oh then should I take all of the top row?

 

If you want pure 5 lock then yes max all the bottles in top row.
