Items like Seele Zauga and Dark Talisman (Unknown) AFFECT Parsimony's effect. It works like this:

(10 + Item Cooldown Modifiers) * 2 = Parsimony's Doubled Cooldown Effect

Example is when you use Seele Zauga (Item Cooldown -1.00s), instead of the default Parsimony (effect) cooldown which is 20, it'll become 18, not 19.

Another catch of this regislet is:
-Parsimony (regislet) has separate cooldown than its effect.

So at lv10 Parsimony, if the auto-item got triggered, the item will not be lost BUT if an auto-item is triggered again within 30 seconds, it'll be lost (-1).

 

So parsimony effect work separately from the auto-item system? does that mean the item you registered will work like how it normally do?

 

The ASPD Gem Case isn't a % increase though it's a flat +100

Poison heal max lvl is 30 giving 30% chance of heal poison. 1%per lvl.

These gems can be very rare. Can't tell hiw many times I've done 150 (maybe 50 or 100+), and I still don't have Panic.

 

Just to be sure, are you sure you're doing the right difficulty? Some gem cases are only available from certain difficulties for stoodie's experiment.

 

Yeah, panic is a 150 exclusive.

 

And I got Panic. But I stil don't have Mana Thrash...

 

i play like 300x now in 110 and got everything registlet on it except mana thrash (and the only i want on 110)

 

What a coincidence, I've also been doing dozens of gems on 110 and also still can't get mana thrash lol

 

I hope it's good enough to warrant for its rarity

 

need confirmation here, a few ppl told me that meikyo preserver works on multiple skills when they tried it recently, I don't have one personally, just wanted some confirmation

The critical gain on the precedent skill only work once and it won't add critical to on the skills for the rest of its duration except for autos.

Tested on a katana char with a total of 62 crit from food, base and equipment yet the skills still miss during the meikyo buff duration, with meikyo preserver regislet btw.

blood warrior+power wave regis + mana thrash = auto dps. add some additional melee stat into it and it will work wonders.

did u test it already? if mana thrash is 1AMPR = +0.01x auto ratio then its op

 

I tested those, result? S H I T!
no ampr for your character, dmg increase is meh.
normal atk damage will decrease more because of prorate when wearing this regislet.

*after your character mp ran out then what?
mana recharge skills? it's better wacking the foe if you're not mage type.

 

my friend test mana thrash it gives +0.005x = 1 ampr (100 ampr = 0.5)

this is best for dual sword just imagine stacking
rampage+berserk+kairiki+mana thrash+lv.9 ampr food+trigger slash+guardian (from tank)

227 AMPR = +1.135x (auto multi)
and can improve by regretless +20~200 ampr and maxing sukuchi giving 0.5x multi and 100 ampr

mana thrash is best for dual sword to pair with soul hunt + storm reaper and pair auto attack with flash blast spam to balance auto attack prorate (this skill greatly recover mp if used for max stack)

to gain mana you can just learn sober analysis + burning spirit + panic (143~243mp regen/3sec in combat) you can max survival skill and sunbath to regen mp outside of battle (this regen also higher than in combat)

possible auto attack multiplier along passive+skills i mention (4.63~5.77x multi + 1x fron sukuchi)

lastly you have decoy 200~400 ampr recovery per hit
