In toram you can remodel your armor at blacksmith for 10k (10.000)
    light or heavy
(Light)prefur by mages and brawlers add evade ability chance
makes magic and attack defense low
(Heavy) prefur by warrior and add block chance ability
makes magic and attack defense higher but makes agil low
some armors may require 50k (50.000) depending on armor (boss armor)
ONCE REMODEL IT CAN NOT BE CHANGED

    (update)
heavy armor also makes attack speed slower
light armor makes attack and cast speed better

I am gonna have to disagree with you that heavy armor is preferred by hunters. As a hunter I went with light armor for the added attack speed. I am all about maximizing my damage output and I find that the light armor benefits are much more targeted toward the hunter.

Odd I've just heard the opposite from a lot of people. They just like the increased survivability?

Light is atk based, and heavy is def based. Most choose light/heavy mainly for the look, since both give slightly different appearance.

Light up aspd for all except mages as they cast spells they dun whack with their staff. Not to forget more whacks gives back more mp.. Like my warr trigger slash..

Light up evade for all at the expense of lower Def and it hurts when got whacked.. Brawlers favorite coz of high agi plus skills passive.. Can tank boss..

So heavy does the opposite logically..

Well I tend to attack more rather than tank as an archer. For me, I'm really squishy and do more damage than the enemy will ever do to me. Also, 10k is not really easy to get, any tips?

I have a question. How much aspd do you gain by going light? I accidentally sold my f.wolf garb because I am a noob and I didn't check my aspd before and after I remodeled it.

Light remodeled wolf garb gives me +540 ASPD. +200 on the garb. +5 for an xtal. So +335 for it being light remodeled with level 10 Light Armor Mastery?

I'm often wrong, so every contribution I attempt will be phrased as a question. Hope to be helpful.

Idk why, but has anybody notice dmg differences on warrior skill (hard hit, astute, etc)?

With same armor (ooze armor npc crafted), light and heavy, I have both, I deal more damage when equipping heavy ooze.

So I guess, eventho it is slower, it has a slightly bigger dmg.
    CMIIW.

P.S. : My astute (combo opener dmg) on warmonger boss is averaging 2300ish using light armor. But it is 2500ish using heavy armor.

Nope remodeling armor to light only increases dodge and attack speed, it do not increases cast speed.

Base on the description from blacksmith, it doesn't increases cast speed
