Scam and real money trading issues

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I've really been ticked off by these scammers named Mrs.Clea UZUMAKI❤ and zizion (not exact name, I've got screenshots with the exact). They all stay in groups and scam gem runs and real money trade (globe load or whatever they say) and many precious piercers which they refuse to use signboard on.
Now i don't have screenshots of gem run scam which created a ruckus in Sofya (eng) server but I've got the other two with zizion as the main focus as the other two ran /went incognito/
so here goes ..
