Secondary DPS Skill worth for Storm Reaper buff

Any good one? Since storm reaper buff needs <7m and storm reaper jump back 8m. Also the boss isn't going close enough in a party for the buff to affect shining cross, maybe secondary dps skill is better? Or stick with manual trigger?

 

Manual trigger or seperate combo, one ending with storm reaper and the other starting with shining cross.

You can do a 1st short combo which end with magic impact, continue to 2nd combo of storm reaper and then meteor.

For example
1st combo: reflex > shadowstep(save) > magic impact(swift)
2nd combo: storm reaper > meteor (smite) > finale (smite)

 

So manual trigger is better than other skills huh... what about smited shining cross (without storm reaper)? Is it better than manual trigger?

Meteor huh.... sounds like a lot of mp consumption

 

Yup. But I don't think that's really a problem for DW since you can just cast decoy beforehand and then auto attack cancel with rampage and trigger buff.

 

If you're comparing the damage then manual wins since it has a buff from the storm reaper, impact shining cross advantage is its smited and spammable. ^_^

1. reaper-sc(smited)-ender(cons); use if you have a wall behind you
2. any combo with reaper as ender, continue with:
sc-impact(save)-reaper(swift) (you can repeat this combo again and again)

 

The 2nd combo looks effective, will take a note of that, thx for the tips

 

was planning not to put that out until i release my build but it's not coming out any time soon so i just tell you that xD
