Seeking Noob Cheap Build: Katana

Greetings;
I've been searching all over the internet for a decent and cheap possible katana build. And to no luck. Nothing.

Can anyone lend me a hand on a good build. One that is a visual of the build itself. Where I can see how you put it. And how many skill levels to add to each skill.

To also know the correct stat build for this build. And hopefully I can get a response soon enough. I am most grateful for your time and effort to offer me a build suitable. And yes. I did read posts about the katana.

No offense. I kind of enjoy this weapon set. It's very interesting to use. And I know it isn't as one would say.. it's not noob friendly.
