How come people stop commenting about it? It’s Tuesday night and it hasn’t been solved yet. And the updates in the ToramOnline website stopped yesterday morning. Am I the only one stuck in a time loop? No more raised eyebrows from the ongoing situation?

 

Sadly, the only thing we can do at this point is wait

Can't wait for my x1 orb shard and x2 fairy sewing tool compensation for losing 5 days (and counting) of item grinding.

 

I was just thinking the same thing. It got real quiet and no one really knows what's going on. Looks like asobimo has stopped in its tracks atm

 

This is more than a connection issue, this is into we buggered the game and have to do some serious repairs, or hey our servers melted down in a fire. It is too bad I am a rather new player and was thoroughly impressed with the game.... however the standard of customer service is so bad it can not even be called laughable.

 

I think many people are starting to give up, myself included.

 

Toram is an mmorpg I can respect on mobile (cause caravan stories didn't release in NA, and ragnarok has problems with the whole 3D thing no matter what they do). Better a looong fix or update than end of service. Would asobimo even bother explaining to y'all Toram's demise anyhow?

 

I think many are frustrated and this may be why many are not posting or replying anything. Some may have moved on to other games. (the longer servers remain down, the higher chance the game will likely lose many players and new ones alike) Heck, I just created this profile to say something since I have looked over the forum for a few days glancing at topics that might of hinted anything new or informative about server status. I also think the timing of this server crash was terrible since chance of getting help on a weekend was next to nothing. I haven't been able to play since I think since last Thursday or Friday. I also now understand why hellhound things are in orb shop. ...This is very unfair to all players who can't participate and I feel someone saying...well...it's time to move forward and something like yeah life is unfair, what's new? ...Ugh, to those who actually read posts like this and can fix things or are fixing things...please show the TLC (tender loving care) to the players who still have desire in their hearts to play the game once the server is fixed. (not just a simple free orb and a stack of healing items...something like as a suggestion based on a thread I created: extension of sales period on items current in shop, or maybe increased drop rates and lvl exp for everyone for each day server was down, maybe some free house extensions, items that give great benefit for a certain amount of time once we ready to use, npc shop discounts for a while, a free avatar chest for each day server was down with 100% chance of it being a avatar item, I hope these ideas are considered)

 

all i care about.... i was primed to farm new boss w/ mix of drop books, weekly boost, guild boost, and 30 day tickets... was practically guaranteed xtal... redo same weekly boost plz >~<

 

It's time to contact Google and have them remove their "editor's choice" label from the play store, perhaps if they don't respect their players Google stepping in might get their attention. I'm pretty sure Google has no interest in attatching their name to this sort of customer service.
