Shukuchi level 10 for two handed?

I am a little bit frustrated, is it worth to have shukuchi level 10 for my two handed build? Some people say shukuchi is good for AMPR, so should I level it up until 10? But some also say that shukuchi is only to chase mobs? Please give me your answer >_<

 

For mob chasing only. 2h already have trigger and rampage for ampr, and berserk for aspd. At lvl 10 it only gives 25 ampr but you have to walk 3m away every time you use it. I bet you can do 2 attacks in the time it takes to shikuchi once.
