Skill Rebalance thoughts?

Well they're finally planning to add "Invincible" combo tag. That will definitely add some survivability when doing a combo

 

Designing a combo to stop at certain points too will help at this too. The people who die on long combos are the idiots who keep trying to either buff their main dps skills, or the even bigger idiots who use skills with long-ass cast times and/or animations.

 

Hmmm Deadly Spear (200 MP) can be used by Halberds and 1H swords only (Dual Sword too because its still 1H)

According to Coryn, you only need lv 8 Deadly Spear for it to be cast-free. It gives +100 crit on Halberds, and +50 crit on 1H Swords

You need 22 SP to learn lv 7 Impact
While you only need 13 SP to learn lv 8 Deadly Spear

So this is basically Impact, but it's physical, and a lot more cheaper

This also means Deadly Spear star gem is a lot more affordable than Impact

It's also a single target skill and not AoE type like Impact

And because it's physical, spamming it will definitely ruin proration, unlike Impact

Buff it again and it will break the balance even more

 

As far as i know (its not purely legit, until it release on game) decoy will get buff on bow/bowgun but have some disadvantage(s) on other weapons

But one thing i love was how they buff trap skills ^^ i can now make trapper character w/o having too much worry on boss aoe

 

i wonder how that bloodsucker combo tag work

 

It's getting a buff for non bow users.

 

What are the devs doing to trap skills?
No, I'm not going to watch 2 hours of "talking crap & rubbish 95% of the time and only 5-10min of relevant, important information"

 

They will make traps cannot be broken by boss' AoEs

 

Nothing, just won't be broken by tackle attacks from enemies.
Will still break by other attacks.

IMO this is just a translation error. It should be something like "Decoy Shot should give more disadvantages when Bow or Bowgun is not equiped. So we need to fix this"

They're not that dumb. It's so clear that Decoy is so broken right now. Buff it and they will stray even further from the "balance" they're trying to achieve

Also think about it. Buffing Decoy on non-Archer is very ridiculous for an Archer skill. Like what the hell? This can leave Archer in disadvantage instead, because other classes would utilize this skill better than the Archers themself.

But if it isn't a translation error, well goddammit these dudes are as blind as these cancerous Decoy players

 

More uncalled for halberd skill buffs? Ok then Asobimo, continue to buff good weapons while leaving at least one weapon genre to die... you do you, I guess.

 

You will get 1 hp heal every time you cast skill with that tag?
