Skill tree list lvl 180 cap (Salvaged)

    Didn’t know there is a cap for dodge as well....I though weapon already have the base accurary thus dodge won’t have any cap on it.

    Just sharing, the testing from Japan side regarding the spell burst skill. In summary they found out when critical rate is 200 ( 255 Critical stat + Twin Eagle ) there is about 49%-50% critical occur, thus they believe to get 100% critical we need 400 Critical Rate.

    In the link they also show how their perform the testing, just is in Japanese wordings. So in this case is it mean spell burst not providing a Base 25% MCR but actually it’s takes 25% from the PCR and convert it into MCR.....and weaken is separate calculation ?

    Regarding about the crit rate penalty, you're right with the calculation. The penalty gets more severe the more you lvl it up. I'll leave it to your choice but my suggestion would be to max it because it has 3 hit counts and the skill lvl also affects the bonus ailment multiplier which is a lot. You could tandem it with skills that gives critical rates such as punish Ray or meikyo shisui.

    There's still more on it that I don't quite get it yet can can't put it into words. Also a reason why Dodge is pretty much dead because it would do a check comparing your flee against the enemy hit then itit wi roll for a Dodge chance of 0-75% if there isn't that much difference between the two, if getting enough Dodge isn't enough there's still a roll for it.

    When Mages get that 100% Crt weapon like Swords and Knuckles get, you better be ready to see some crit mages happening, and tank mages (though I dont think they really need 100% on thier weapons)

    So example if my total CR is 150
    MCR from SB = 150*0.25 = 37 (round down)
    Weaken trigger = 150*0.5 = 75
    Total MCR = 37 + 75 = 112
    When I did it on DY still can’t get 100% MCR...seen like the big still exist.

    Maybe I should left my character stand In front some mob and test for the flee cap, or you have any idea to test it? ..I remember previous on dead coryn within 5 minutes I got 0 damage.

    Crit mage won't do much until they can get an insane amount of cdmg too. Also those weapons decrease Cdmg by a TON so it would be completely useless

    Its way different from tonfa's case, its literally 4 times harder to reach full magic crit on top of it being less rewarding. You only get 12.5% damage increase on top all the tradeoffs you do to reach decent M.crit.
    Even if you count in weaken, it only has 5 sec duration on top of it not confirmed to have a change in the condition for it to be applied to finale. Even if If weaken does apply on finale, you'd need another party member to inflict the ailment since there is no way you can utilize the 5 secs time window for finale by yourself

    Yeah, I know it is, just attempting to say its a possibility and I want to see how close to the goal we can get to a full magic crit build.

    Pretty far, at least to reach a practical level. Its definitely not feasible for now

    the skill itself is physical and does physical proration.
    the additional damage does not prorate, but uses the multiplier of magic proration for it's damage calculation.

    okay i thought it does magic proration like impact
    okay now im confused, i didnt know a proration has multiplier??? doesnt the definition of proration is like the type of your skill? like it belongs to physical or magical?

    the proration multiplier is what changes the damage dealt.
    everyone simply calls it proration, but it's actually more complex.
    Sword Tempest, for example, is a physical skill with so called 'magic proration'. it is a physical skill, so it uses the physical proration multiplier for it's damage calculation, but instead of lowering the physical proration multiplier, like any other physical skill would do, it lowers the magic proration multiplier and therefore increases the physical proration multiplier, as if it was a magic skill. yet it is physical, so it uses the physical proration multiplier, unlike magic skills, which use the magic proration multiplier.
