I believe halberd doesn't get atk from dex?

DEX could be for scaling of dagger skills.... but if you're using a halberd, shouldn't you be milking the fuck out of dragon tooth's astonishing power instead?
I also think you mean str4%cd7%cd17cr17 for armor....
I really don't see how not having 100% crit and running gatling knife works since you're likely to just miss there....

 

Dex is for acc too so that gatling knife won't miss. And for 100% Crit Halb, I think Crit Spear, Crit Up and the latest Crit Equips could help achieve 100% crit. With a lil Emp dagger, Crit rate is also added and Gespenst II has a further crit rate.
Replace Devil Circlet with Shaved Ice Hat with Gespenst II and Proto Leon for 100% crit. That works too actually

 

Devil Circlet has -30 cri rate, so you can swap out with Shaved Ice hat or Assasin Mask

 

Dragon Tooth is superb but adding some dagger skills will make it have variety I guess

 

Without CRT stat and with the use of shave hat+gespenst 2, this build has 97 crit. 25 base, 21 from the cr17c17 weapon, 5 from crit up, 6 from crit spear, 30 from the shaved hat+gespenst2，10 from lil empress dagger

I'm also not a fan of gattling knife though, those skill points could be used to fill the survival skills or other things, instead. Stargems could be pricey afterall

 

Strike stab misses a lot

 

You need punish ray to compensate the crit reduction afterall

 

Yea Punish Ray is good, with Tolerancia, the cast speed of Punish will also be faster

hi sorry to bother, but is it possible to run without the knife skills and the knife equip? or is it a necessity for the build, kinda leaning towards the "revenger build"? i'm rather a big noob since I returned.

Haha yes its the classic Dt build ^^ For the Dagger build, Sheer Gore, is less popular but still utilised by some players^^
