So how's Brawler's fate?

Knuckle has been a sub weapon for long since Knuckle at main deal a really low damage. So with new level 4 Brawler skill, how's the fate of Full agi dex brawler?

Planning to build 1, want to know first ^^

 

decent dmg but fus still uses em pretty much the same since they have higher atk/stat they have higher dmg still

 

But the new skill got increase in multiplier by stats AGI :/

 

yes but atk of stats aint that great for brawls (1.5atk/agi)
while in fus (staff 3atk/str sword 2atk/str + bonus cdmg)
thats the reason y brawler is in lower grid of dps chain

 

A way to get around this is by going STR>AGI. This maximizes Rush and Chariot damage for Knuckle Sub than going with Dex or Int

 

Brawler's fate is pretty much the same before. Still the lowest dps.

 

Still better quality than most of the other classes but hey we only care about Damage Output and NOTHING ELSE REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

So Brawler still useless? I wonder how should I level my Dex-Agi smith now..

 

The tier 4 skills are a much needed buff to regular brawlers though, which is nice. Makes us a lot more viable in damage alongside our other versatile roles ^^

It’s not as if regular brawlers can’t stand toe-to-toe with sword-fu either. Their heavy skill spam is to our benefit with all the auto proration we provide (see Zahhak for a fun example. Consistently doing 5k+ per auto attack multiple times a second w/ high ASPD).

So in the end, tier 4 is a really solid upgrade for the brawler faithfuls. It’s always been viable to use knuckles as main though...

 

not useless just lower dps than other class..

 

brawlers excel at york and scrader even as dps.

 

Brawler is not useless haha they can interrupt and deal decent dps.

 

It’s not even that low of DPS. Sure, I get more of that feeling with tier 3, but tier 4 boosts it up a lot!

Decent, like popsy said, is how I’d describe it.

well low dps compared on other class but brawler still rock tbh i had more fun with brawler than with dw tbh

ppl now thinks dps is the everything.. more dmg = better build yeah u got high dmg but they forgot how other component to be a good brawler

 

Yeah, the language of “low DPS compared to other high-output classes” is something that needs to be specified more. Like for anyone who’s played brawler seriously, we understand the context of just “low DPS” in a self-deprecating way, but it can give the wrong impression to other people unfamiliar with the class ^^;
