So Meteor Breaker is half placed skill and half single target

Would whack affect the first hit of Meteor breaker?
Since 1st hit is single target while 2nd hit is AOE.

 

Well since it lets whack effect apply on meteor. And its dmg calculation is done separately. (explains its dmg diff and such ) Naturally the situation would be Either the 1st or 2nd will get the whack effect (dmg upper) depending if it activates on the 1st (for the 1st hit) and 2nd (for the 2nd hit).

PS. Even its aoe recieves dmg enchancers such as short range dmg% and p.pierce% so whack buffer will apply as well in aoe, so does on the hit scan hit.

Placed has NOTHING to do with the skill being AOE. It is just a tag which signifies srd/lrd and skill bonuses will not work.

Binding strike, sonic blade, impact, blast, meteor, chariot, earthbind, sunrise arrow, charging, dragon tail, cannon spear, etc etc
All non placed despite being AOE
