    Go to Moralo in Rugio.
    Go to Rinom plains.
    Kill badly playing ugly rock star wannabe Goblin.
    Get xp, go to Moralo.

    Get 1k xp from quest.

    Tada. Done.

    Anyone else experience something different?

    did you update your toram version?

    when i started the game after the maintenance my phone informed me about an updated version and opened the toram page in the play store.
    then i hit the "update" button and started again.
    the new quest appears in moarlo's quest list, for me it's red and says "Level 60 required".
    if you don't update the version, the new content is not installed in your game.

    It disappears only if you turn in the quest. If you want to continuously farm the boss, just refrain from turning in the quest and you will find him at the same spot (^-^)/

    Boss only appears on Rinom Plains WHEN you have accepted the quest, so I'm guessing it's not there if you finish the sidequest
