Spike dart smite bug

Can anyone else test out maxed spike dart with smite and maxed amazing throw?
Seems like when you use smite on spike dart, you will never get extra hits. Ever. Just 6. Tried this it felt like 100's of times. Only 6 hits. The moment i unsmite it, i start getting 7, 10, 12etc hits again. I reported the bug already. just wondering if its only me lol

Yeah, but I was in the middle of driving a full school bus. And I dropped my bottle of whiskey.

But anyway, I've always had amazing throw trigger on all my dagger skills. And the hits are consistent numbers.

So, maybe. Smite just lowers the activation rate of spiked daggers. I guess I could look into it.

 

As long as you instantly took your eyes off the road to reclaim the bottle, I see no problem

I think you're right about the rate being lowered. I logged in/out, changed areas and went back. I was able to finally get extra hits, but it seems way less often. I also have, no joke, the worst luck on the planet so it may be the rng just saying eff you for hours at a time. The usual lol
