Hi everyone, First, I didn't post this in the Buy/Sell section because we frankly have no evidence (no screenshot because we trusted him a bit too much, read my post and you will know why we trusted him). We only have our testimonies, so our post will be deleted by the rules there. This is the only place I can post to raise awareness to all forums members. I promise I will keep all third party's identities secret unless they want to publicly do the testimony themselves. Scammer's forum name: @JRN IGN: J:R:N Related posts: https://toramonline.com/index.php?threads/buy-gem-run-felien-4-7m-depending.45277 Story time: me (IGN: _nobody_), @+Aria Kanzaki+ ,@LilFoxie ,@nobody0 are in our friend group, and we do gem runs together and trade our trading secrets together. Awesome bunch, you probably know them as members of this forums. Recently, @Frix decided to sell 3 glory gems to our group. He is a cool and honest seller, and we adopted him too. However, in one of our runs, Aria wanted to help a (supposedly well-known) forums member to get his proto sword. His name is @JRN . We all heard that JRN fell from Felien in an ultimate run with one of our friends and that run is quite expensive. So we really felt like we should help him out by allowing him to join our glory to get a sword. It's all out of sympathy, and out of Aria's kindness. Moreover, JRN seems to be trustful because he is a well-known member and even spent time wrote a good DW build (https://toramonline.com/index.php?t...ld-shining-cross-released-name-cyclone.44468/). Moreover, he has a few maxed characters, not some one just just created a new acc to do mq then try to scam people to risk getting banned. Too bad, our trust was misplaced. This JRN guy ran off right after getting his drops (a dress and xtal) and never paid @Frix a cent. @+Aria Kanzaki+ paid for him because he recommended the guy and our group will always hold on to our promises. Trust is the most important thing in our merchant group. Then we learned that JRN didn't pay that earlier gem run when he fell off either. He deleted his posts, and deleted his youtube account, and just disappeared completely. Further information we learned about him: - He called himself James Need, but in game, he said he is a girl, and the name is Janett. He tried to act British but failed to understand English sometimes. - We tried to track him down by joining his former guild with an alt, turns out he also scammed his guildmates 3 gem runs before leaving guild. (We will not mention which guild and will censor the name of the person in guild to protect their identity. If you decided to testify that you have also been scammed by JRN, please do so in this thread) - He currently owes more than 20m in gem runs to various people, and ran away with a lot of loots. Aria ends up paying for all of the runs he participated because he feels it will be unfair for the sellers. But If I was the seller, I would let it go and call it a day. Aria wasn't entirely at fault for trusting JRN. The time he scammed us was: 01/23/2019 3:50 by Japanese Timezone. We will all report him with this information so when GM checks the convos, they can identify this scammer. If he also scammed you, i hope you also reported him. He has several max level chars, so his account is important. I hope he get rekt. If he joins your guild in game, or if you see him in game, I hope you don't get tricked by him. Here a screenshot of the testimony I got from his former guild-mate: A message to @JRN : we will track you down you scum. Unless you apology to @+Aria Kanzaki+ . I have a really specific set of skills, and I haven't given up yet. One thing I hate the most is scammer.
