Stat+18 - Formulas "Low Pot"!

Can you do fire ele, stronger against earth+14% matk+7% cspd+17/18% on lil empress md?

If strength5% ,critical damage18, critical rate 18, aspd 18% will be statted on an adventurer’s garb (37-38pot) what would be the possible recipe?

My friend wants to gamble s4cr18c18cd7 att1 or smth like that after seeing it on cb but he's not sure what formula people use to gamble and what would be the success rates. Can you help us out please? He's planning to use 66pot armor and he knows the formula for s3-5cd7cd18cr18 already. It's just the atk part he's not sure about. (I told him he'll probably end up wasting so much mats...)

 

The atk is a lucky fail where the -7% atk they used became a +1% atk. It's the same formula you already know but with -7% atk and -7% matk instead of -accuracy or -m. pierce
