Bro, have a question. Recently a partner have a problem with statting, he have tier 3 complete of bs and tec but when he try to put +18 cdmg (He is Lv180), only can raise to +14 and no +18.

The tier 4 changed any in the statting cap?

I have 2case:
Can someone tell me,
1# i just put 3step and why my potensial become 0 from start 86pot? I put 1x cd8% and then cdx2 and i can not put anymore
2# i fill only half path, i think my pot sill have, but not finish because i forget wrong char stats forget reset Stats and then i save in storage 1week until reset event the end

now i surprise after i reset stats i think i want continiue fill but my item pot become 0 in storage, can someone explain to me, thank you for attention

For the first case, the Potential became 0 because of those three steps... Critical Damage % +8 takes 80pot and Critical Damage +1 takes 3pot (and since you added two times Critical Damage, it took 6pot). May I see the formula? It might be wrong or maybe you mistook the steps.
For the second case, the Potential doesn't change if you leave your Item half done... Maybe you mistook the Potential or the Item (?)
I can tell that, because I have a sword I statted long time ago but left half done and the pot didn't change even if I left it on my storage.
