stuck on loading screen and downloading the dates or files.

i have a looong story here. yesterday i tried install toram online but when i created the character, boom! immediately, the game closes for him self. until now, i'm trying to uninstall and install over and over again. i tried to use vpn too but nothing. the only thing that rlly changed something was doing an account on Asobimo. the beginning was okay, but when i was moving to the city, boom! the game close for him self again and open play store. then, i tried what some guy said, clean the data and this time, just show the screen ''downloading the dates or something'' and again, the game closes!
actually, the position on progess bar was changing. but when was in the middle or closer to the end, boom! and actually, the speed was pretty fast

please, i just wanna play toram.

 

I'm not sure what to say other than try to contact customer support.

• Android 7 or higher
• 3GB+ RAM (requirement may be bigger than stated)

There have also been past instances where certain versions of iOS or Android didn't work. If that's the case they should release some report on it and it will be fixed.

 

I looked up the specs and it seems like an old phone. It doesn't seem to fulfill the requirements, so I guess we can't do anything.

How many RAM of your phone?

 

the system consume 462 mb ram, the apps 145 mb ram and i just have 307mb ram free. - in execution
in use 626 mb ram, cache 190mb ram, 109 mb ram free - caching processes

But... U ever play Toram with this phone before ?

 

3gb ram is "recommended", not "required", so it should run on less (with normal or low graphic settings).
but 300mb is certainly not enough.
1.5gb used to be enough (even old phones usually have that much), but with the system updates this year the minimum requirements increased, so it might be 2gb now.
