Suggestion Server/World Full Login Issue

Why don't Asobimo Toram design a login interface where people can choose which server/world to login to?

I noticed that I can't login to the game simply because Int 1 is full and when I was logged out my char was in Int 1. I played on 2 devices. One was in int1 and unable to logged, was greeted with a lousy "unknown error" btw, while my other char was in int 3 and able to login just fine. Then just to check whether my suspicion is true, I switch world to the Int 1 and.. *WHAM*.. Simplly disconnected out of the game and upon trying to re-login, same thing happen.. Greeted with a lousy "unknown error"

Why don't Toram checked if a player has been logged out for more than, let's say 30 mins, then when they try to log in, instead of the lousy "Unknown Error" saying "Failed to connect to the server. Please contact us for the details" would be better is "server full error" try to login to other Server/World and pop out a dialiog box where the player can choose which server to log into.

I don't think this is a very hard thing to do since many other MMORPGs out there have similar mechanics to choose server/channel/world/etc before entering the game.
I mean.. Being unable to play for more than 1 hour due to something like this is annoying. It kinda defeats the purpose of adding a new International 3 as the problem lies simply because player can't login to the full server to begin with.

Or alternative is Toram to automatically login the player to other server/world that's not full

 

Today the same thing happen again..
This time it's in World English 1.
Tried to change world from Int 2 to Eng 1.
Got disconnected immediately and unable to login for more than 4 hours now.

 

You can said that they lied, but actually they still configure that features.
If you said it like simplify like add button then done, I said, that is wrong.
You even not know how they do that.
1 bug equals to 1 person stay 24 hours not sleep to fix it
