Sword Mastery or Quick Slash affect Dual Swords?

Do the passive sword skills "sword mastery" and "quick slash" affect dual swords at all?

Yeah, I've read all of that, been through all the skill trees a few times trying to choose my class and whatnot. It never explicitly says "affects Dual Sword too" most of them say either "all weapons" or "one-handed/two-handed" only.

 

Just remember don't bring other game concept into TORAM online because there is no classes in this game. All the skill is depend on Weapon Types, those so called gunner, magic swordsman, dancer or bla bla bla don't get confuse by the name, it's just simple bowgun, 1HS + MD, and so on.

DW is just simple Using One-Hand Sword with One-Hand-Sword sub weapon, it's basically is under category One-Hand-Sword Weapon types. Whatever skill that boost One-Hand-Sword will affect DW except it's mention Blade Skill or need specific sub-hand other than One-Hand-Sword-Sub.

 

Dual is a sub class of blade

 

Yeah, I misspoke by saying class, but I get that it's all tied to weapon.

 

DS still has 1h sword as main weapon, can use all it's skills and weapon boni.
the only exception is Berserk, which explicitly states that it doesn't affect DS.
