Taking 16 hours to download data on fair internet [Fixed]

I'm stuck in the download after the character customization and it has already taken 16 hours. The internet is fair (It can load Youtube videos and websites fairly quickly and at high quality) and I just want to play the game. I'm actually getting quite annoyed and I really want to play it. My device I'm using (Samsung Galaxy S8) is a good device and downloads other things quickly. This is where it gets to and then the bottom bar keeps filling up and it's been doing that for 14 hours now:

 

have you tried restarting it?

 

Everytime I mention a problem I have, it always gets fixed before anyone replies. xD well thanks for replying, but I finally got it to finish downloading. I ended up losing track of time while playing the game.
