    I dont know how to level up the Difficulty of Blacksmith And Synthesize
    Please Teach me how to Level up the Difficulty (not the Proficiency) i want to create Equipment and Revita by my Self ...

    difficulty level = profiency level + TEC + 0.1 DEX

    TEC can be selected as Personal Stat at lv40.
    DEX is counted from your stat points and equipment, but DEX% does not count.
