    Hi there , i am gonna build a tech bs for just refine and statting only . I wanna use finale for levelling up. Shoud i go for tech-dex or tech-int ? . Please help .

    Tech-Int since CSPD from Dex does nothing for Finale and Int increases Finale damage. Also you just need 255 Tech for 0-B refine and to add stats to gear, the only reasons to get Dex currently is to craft Ori and HPO to unlock 4-5 lock synthesis but only 4 lock has 100% success rate right now and to use Bow, Blade or Katana skills instead of Mage.
