    For all newbie, especially me certainly feel confused about what is that mean Tech exactly
    Tech is stat ability that U cn choose after U reach lvl 40

    After U reach lvl 40 or more, U cn choose Tech in your prsonal stat and also U can put your stat points into Tech now
