The Crit Widow Maker (updated)

    I'm too lazy to edit my other threads so im redoing it here.
    Special thanks to @Giffy an @DansAway for helping me.
    BOW ARCHER
    Our goal here is to raise our critdamage to the heavens, get it the max! So we can compete with those gunners and kick there ass XD.
    This is the gear bow weilder known as the widow maker *_*.

    It's a simple equation,your a crit dealer and a bow always crits snipe,so in order to make the most of it- get your critdamage high up.
    Gearbow adds 25% critdamage to your base that's equivalent about +125 STR stat. Not bad hey ".
    You will do very decent damage and nice status ailments, good support role in battle as a Archer an damager too.

    Okay there's 2 paths to this pick one that suits you best:

    1.The Pure widow maker
    The awesome kariin an Norcelia live by this code XD. Hits hard and fast Utilizes only bow skills , good survivability has ,very high agrro but with sneak skill an be a deadly assassin.

    Stat point allocation:
    Full DEX , STR secondary

    Skill tree
    Archer tree

    Power shot level 5
    Bullseye level 5
    Snipe level 5
    Moeba shot level 10
    Paralyze shot level 5
    Smoke dust level 1
    Bow xbow mastery level 10
    Sneak level 10
    Long range mastery level 10
    Quick draw level 10

    Battle skills tree
    Attack up level 10
    Smash level 10
    Critical up level 10

    Survival skill tree
    Safe rest level 5
    HP boost level 5-10
    Short rest level 5
    MP boost level 5-10

    Martial skill tree
    Smash level 1

    2.Hybrid widow maker
    good dps and utilizes magic Impact, it's essentially the precaria bow versionXD. Can use many combos to suit the user. More of a potshot Archer tho, will rely a bit on pots.

    Stat point allocation:
    Full DEX, STR secondary

    Power shot level 5
    Bullesye level 5
    Snipe level 10
    Moeba shot level 5
    Paralyze shot level 5* this is optional
    Smoke dust level 1* this is optional

    Magic arrows level 5
    Javelin level 5
    Lance level 5
    Impact level 7

    Martial skill tree
    Smash level 1( get to level 5 only if you gona use sonic)
    Sonic wave level 10

    Attack up level 10
    Smash level 5
    Critical up level 10

    *Smoke dust and sonic wave optional if you want more 1mp COMBO variety*

    Weapon:
    ***Gearbow @14+ +25 Critdamge% -50 critrate%***

    Refine it please for higher atk+
    Armour:
    • critdamage4% critdamage+(or Dex+)
    •dex4℅ critdamage+ (or Dex+)
    • Ooze armour
    •killer coat
    • Forest wolf garb boss version

    Additional
    :
    •fur cape (for more damage)
    • crystal earings (for more mana)
    • spiky bandana (more damage)
    • feather cape (more speed)

    Talisman
    Dex ll ring slot
    Bow thimble ring slot

    Potions:
    • giga & mega speed pot- attk speed 30 ring
    •vitall - 1k HP+ 30mins
    •Power essence ll - atk+20 atk%2 30 mins

    How to level CP(combo points) quickly:
    Im not sure it's the best but it works for me, go to Icecule lake and set you combo MOEBA-POWESHOT(SWIFT).Attach a mdevice to lower your attk and attk Tortuga mini boss. Once you have 4 Cp Set this combo MOEBA-POWER SHOT(SWIFT)-BULLSEYE (CONSEC). Once you have 5 CP set MOEBA SHOT-SMOKE DUST(SAVE)-BULLESYE-PARALYZE SHOT. Level up from there to 10cp ;).

    What made you go to 191 DEX : 50 STR? Does the 10% CDMG from STR make a difference than getting the additional attack from DEX?

    Yes I have a lvl 52 arch with 111 Dex an 55 Str - I solo tested volg vs my lvl 82 full DEX arch. Lvl52 36k. Lvl82 46k. q.q
    So there's def room for strXD. An Dans said 50-55 Str + Gearbow more or less puts you at 200 Critdamge%

    I see. I'd love to see your archer maxed then so we can compare it with pure DEX. 10k difference seems close enough for a level 52 archer.

    Yeah ima try lvl up to 70 an compare again. Altough we might get stat reset books from this event XD. I'm not sure on the Dex Str ratio so I leave it at 50 str for now. Uhm gona do some ss now of combos ,_, so much work. Lol

    Lol. It seems like there's still much work to do for this build. Too many numbers. o.o

    Anyone knows the exact damage computation for Snipe with bows?

    Bgs get 150% SNIPE damage right?
    Multiplier of 11. Something lol not sure read it somewhere.
    Bows maybe get the same multiplier an crit buff

    AFAIK bowguns get 250% Snipe damage. Lol. Not really sure about this but somebody posted that info before.

    usually attack the highest value of the normal attack = self-ATK + own Lv- based on the enemy Lv- enemy DEF

    actual skill damage is, from the highest value which is determined by this formula
    that stability percent to 100 percent of the integer% was multiplied by the damage.

    Highest damage skills usually attack = (usually attack + fixed damage) × magnification skills Pasento

     200+ skill × 20 Lv ■ skills magnification  bow, automatic bow, one-handed sword sub arrow: 300+ skill Lv × 50



    One-handed sword sub arrows, depending on the main weapon of ATK (in other words, the status ATK).

    So automatic is prob bgs then? So bows have a 8x multiplier then? Uhm it's a lil confusing XD. But it seems to make sense.

    Out of all the armour options, what would be the best? I'm currently using dex4%c.damage+9.

    i think dex% or atk% should be great although I haven't tested. I bit the the bullet an reseted my char to 165 Dex 65 str XD. so I'm using critdamage%4 armour.
    can I ask btw wahts your highest SNIPE at ganglef if u tested. mine is 90k so far. lvl 82

    It's still confusing. I'm still trying to figure out this part "(usually attack + fixed damage) × magnification skills Pasento" so I can test a different ratio for DEX and STR. Sigh~

    OK I see what you mean, the english translation is pretty hard to decipher- is that your atk + fixed damage ( crit?) x magnification ( multiplier?)

    it goes like (your atk + 200) x 8 if bows (your atk +200) x 10 if bowguns

    magnification = skill multiplier... fixed damage (+200) is that when u have 50 attack or below, youll still hit 5k-ish on snipes
    a lot of skills work this way in toram including astute, rage sword.. etc.

    the numbers above not too sure its just what i remember it by..

    so like sampling
    bow user with 800 atk

    (800+200) x 8 = 8000... if crit around ~<16000 (almost x2 i think when u use your gear bow + crit up n stuff)
    assuming prorated.... 30000? +elemental ~<35000-38000?
    smited snipe perhaps 50000-60000?

    this is around the average for 800 atk but it goes higher if you factor fully prorated snipe and/or higher value of your atk
    most gear bow snipes should have 80-120k on a fully prorated + ele arrow on a high level (85+) char w full dex

    I'm still unable to figure out what fixed damage is. But the usual ATK seems to be the maximum white damage (normal attack).

    Then comes the magnification?

    @Starlord how'd you get the 200 for the fixed damage? With how I understand it, fixed damage is (200 + skill lvl x 20) so it should be 4200 for the fixed damage. Tho i'm still not sure if it's correct.
